ZİRKONYA DESTEKLİ TAM SERAMİK RESTORASYONLAR İLE REHABİLİTASYON: OLGU RAPORU

Öz

Ön grup dişlerde görülen renk, şekil, yapı ve konum bozuklukları estetik açıdan büyük sorunlar yaratmaktadır. Bu sorunları giderebilmek amacıyla sıklıkla başvurulan yöntemler arasında tam kron restorasyonlar vardır. Metal destekli seramik kron restorasyonlar ile doğal ve estetik bir görünüm elde edebilmek oldukça zordur. Günümüzde metal alt yapı içermeyen, doğal dişe yakın görünümde geliştirilen tam seramik restorasyonlar, oldukça estetik olmalarının yanı sıra biyouyumlu olmaları sayesinde hasta ve hekim tarafından sıklıkla tercih edilmektedir. Bu amaçla kullanılan materyallerdeki gelişmeler sonucu, zirkonya tam seramik restorasyonlar için alternatif bir alt yapı materyali olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu olgu raporunda ön grup dişlerinde renk, şekil, yapı ve konum bozuklukları nedeniyle estetik görünümlerinden rahatsız olarak kliniğimize başvurmuş olan üç olgunun zirkonya destekli tam seramik restorasyonlar ile rehabilite edilerek estetik bir görünümün elde edilmesi anlatılmıştır.

REHABILITATION WITH ZIRCONIA SUPPORTED FULL CERAMIC RESTORATIONS: A CASE REPORT

Öz

The color, shape, structure and location disorders seen in the front group of teeth create great aesthetic problems(1). There are full crown restorations among the methods frequently used to solve these problems . It is quite difficult to obtain a natural and aesthetic appearance with metal supported ceramic crown restorations (2). Today, full ceramic restorations that do not contain any metal infrastructure, developed close to natural teeth, are frequently preferred by patients and physicians due to their being aesthetically pleasing as well as being biocompatible (3-6). As a result of the developments in the materials used for this purpose, zirconia is used as an alternative infrastructure material for all-ceramic restorations (1,7,8). In this case report, it was described that three patients, who were admitted to our clinic due to their aesthetic appearance due to color, shape, structure and location disorders in their front group teeth, were rehabilitated with full ceramic restorations supported by zirconia and to obtain an aesthetic appearance.
