ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI ÖLÇEĞİ UYARLAMA VE KARŞILAŞTIRMA ÇALIŞMASI

Öz

Örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları "herhangi bir emre dayalı olmayan ve örgüt için fayda sağlayan davranışlar" olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada örgütsel vatandaşlık olgusu öncelikle kuramsal yönleriyle açıklanmış; müteakiben iki ayrı çalışmanın birleştirilmesi ile oluşturulan yeni bir örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ölçeğinin Türkçe'ye çeviri, uyarlama, geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarına yönelik olarak bir metodoloji sunularak elde edilen bulgular tartışılmıştır. Daha sonra elde edilen bulgular bu konuda Türkiye'de yapılmış diğer çalışmalarla verilerin kaynağı bakımından karşılaştırılmıştır. Ölçeğin tümü için Cronbach alfa katsayısı birinci örneklem grubunda .89, ikinci grubunda .94 olarak hesaplanmış; faktör analizi sonuçları ise Türkçe ölçeğin orijinal ölçekle benzer bir yapıda olduğunu ve yakınsama geçerliğine sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Sonuçlar, oluşturulan örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ölçeğinin geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin yüksek olduğunu ve Türkiye'de yapılacak araştırmalarda başarı ile kullanılabileceğini göstermekte; verilerin kaynağı bakımından amir değerlendirmeleri ile kişisel yargıların birbirinden farklı olmadığını ve yapılacak çalışmanın özelliği göz önüne alınarak iki veri kaynağından birisinin seçilerek kullanılabileceğini ortaya koymaktadır.
