Linguistic Entity and Society Industry A Critical Approach in Robert L. Cooper's Book Linguistic Planning and Social Change

Language has always been the most intellectual and cultural system of expression of identity and belonging, and because it is so, God has taught Adam all names before bringing him down to the earth to form a free human society. However, since the beginning of creation, languages in the human world have not ceased to grow, change, develop, or even be extinct, and thus bear full responsibility for the distortions and diseases that affect mother tongues or contribute to their death. The important question that this critical approach would like to answer is: Does man understand the role of language in the conduct of society? Does linguistic planning contribute to changing the shape of communities positively or negatively? To answer these questions in this paper, we will discuss serious global models of the world Prof. Robert L. Cooper in his book Language Planning and Social Change, following the most important steps that contributed to the change of lifestyle and identity in societies.

Dil her zaman en etkileyici entelektüel ve kültürel sistem olmuştur. Bu nedenle, Özgür bir insan toplumu oluşturmak için, Allah Adem’e onu dünyaya göndermeden önce tüm isimleri öğretti. Ancak yaratılışın başlangıcından beri insan dünyasında diller büyümeyi, değişmeyi, evrimleşmeyi veya neslinin tükenmesini durduramadı. Ana dili etkileyen veya ölümlerine katkıda bulunan çarpıklıklardan ve hastalıklardan tamamen bu durum sorumludur. Bu eleştirel yaklaşımın cevaplamanızı isteyeceği önemli soru şudur: Kişi dilin toplumdaki etkisinin rolünü fark ediyor mu? Dilbilimsel planlama, toplumların şeklini olumlu veya olumsuz yönde değiştirmeye katkıda bulunuyor mu? Bu soruları bu bilimsel makale içinde cevaplamak için, dünyaya getirilen küresel modelleri Prof. Robert L. Cooper’in Dil Planlama ve Sosyal Değişim adlı kitabı, toplumlarda yaşam ve kimliğin değişmesine katkıda bulunan en önemli adımları izleyerek, kitabın sunduğu modelleri incelemeye çalışacağız.
