NÖRALTERAPİ UYGULAMALARINDA GON VE LON BLOKAJININ YERİ VE ÖNEMİ

Öz

Nöralterapi uygulamalarında baş ağrısı ve trigeminal-servikal sistem bağlantısı en sık karşılaştığımız bağlantılardan birisidir. Trigeminus, segmental quadell ve üst servikal nokta enjeksiyonları nöralterapi uygulamalarında sıklıkla kullanılmaktadır. Baş ağrılarında trigeminusun servikal çekirdekleri, üst servikal sinirler, dura mater bağlantıları ve o segment içinde yer alan tüm bağlantılı yapılar göz önünde bulundurulduğu zaman bu enjeksiyonların ne kadar önemli olduğu bir kez daha ortaya çıkacaktır. GON ve LON blokajının da tedaviye dahil edilmesi ağrı sağaltımına ve tedavi başarısına sağlayacağı katkı göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır

THE IMPORTANCE AND PLACE OF GON AND LON BLOCKAGES AT NEURAL THERAPY PRACTICE

Öz

The connection between the trigeminocervical system and headache is the most common considered connections in Neuraltherapy procedures. Trigeminal nerve and upper cervical point injections, and segmental quadell injections are often used in Neuraltherapy practice. When considering connections between the pathophysiology of headache and; cervical trigeminal nuclei, the upper cervical nerves, the dura mater and all connected structures within the segment; these injections will emerge once again how important they are. It should be considered that GON and LON blockade will provide contribution to the success of pain treatment
