D VİTAMİNİ

Öz

D vitamini, kemik yapımı, kalsiyum ve fosforun sindirim yollarında emilimi, kullanımı ve dengesi, kalsiyumun aktif taşınması, kalsiyum-bağlayıcı proteinlerin oluşumu ve çocuklarda özellikle büyüme için gerekli bir vitamindir. D vitamini, vücuda bitkisel ve hayvansal kaynaklı besinler yoluyla provitamin olarak alınır, güneş ışınlarının etkisiyle deride ve vücutta sentez edilir

VITAMIN D

Öz

Vitamin D is essential vitamin for normal bone development and maintenance, absorbtion, metabolism and balance of calsium and phosphorus at digestive tract, active transport of calcium, producing od calcium binding protein and especially on for growing children. Vitamin D taken to body as herbal and animal sources as provitamin, synthesized in the skin upon exposure to sunlight and is then metabolized in the liver and kidney to the metabolically active form
