In this study, affects of press conditions and chips percentage was researched in respect to physcial and mechanical properties in producting of tree layers chipping particleboard. This results were evaulated depend on test board and among six boards. Specific gravity maximum 0,630 gr/cm3, minumum 0,601 gr/cm3; humidity maximum %7,80, minimum %6,46; absorption of water (24 hours) minimum % 75,12, maximum %91,43; swell (24 hours) maximum %16,07, minimum %12,84; surface absorbtion maximum 409-402 mm, minimum 318-310 mm; surface durability maximum 1,074 N/mm2, minimum 0,758 N/mm2; resistance tensile strength maximum 0,465 N/mm2, minimum 0,326 N/mm2; bending strength maximum 14,75 N/mm2, minimum 9,29 N/mm2 and modulus of elasticity minimum 1523,56 N/mm2, maximum 2693,43 N/mm2. In this results, experiment boards indicated difference among each other. It is thought that, this differences was caused by wood kinds which are used in propress, gluening, method of spreading and press conditions.
