2020 Yılında Covid-19’un Türkiye’ deki Havalimanları Uçuş İstatistiklerine Etkisi ve Bu Etkinin Havalimanı Sahiplik Durumuyla İlişkisi

Öz

Çin’in Wuhan kentinde ortaya çıkan Covid-19 salgını, küresel boyutlara ulaşmış ve tüm Dünya’ yı etkisi altına almıştır. Dolayısıyla birçok sektör Covid-19’ dan etkilenmiştir. Örgütsel etkililiğin göstergelerinden olan çıktılarda da bu etki gözlemlenmektedir. Covid 19 sebebiyle etkililiği etkilenen sektörlerden birisi de havacılıktır. Birçok ülke ve kurum, havacılık faaliyetlerinde kısıtlayıcı uygulamalar getirmişlerdir. Ayrıca Covid-19’ un genel olarak bütün sektörleri etkilemesinden havacılık da payını almıştır. Dolayısıyla havacılık, hedeflenen değerlere ulaşılabilmesi hususunda Covid-19’ dan etkilenmiştir. Bu çalışmada Covid-19’un 2020 yılındaki etkisi Türkiye’ deki havalimanlarındaki uçuş istatistikleri bağlamında incelenmektedir. Ayrıca havalimanı sahiplik durumunun bu etkiden etkilenilmesinde farklılık yaratabileceği düşünülmüştür. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmada bu etkinin havalimanı sahiplik durumu ile ilişkisi de (sivil ya da sivil asker ortak protokollü) incelenmektedir. Öncelikle Covid-19’ un 2020 yılındaki etkileri açıklanmıştır. Ardından yapılan istatistiki analizler neticesinde p<0.087 anlamlılık düzeyinde farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Ancak bu değer, p<0.05 değerinden büyüktür. Dolayısıyla -her ne kadar kabul değerinden çok yüksek olmasa da - istatistiki bakımdan anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmemiştir.

The Impact of of Covid-19 on Flight Statistics of Airports in Turkey in the Year 2020 and The Relationship of the Impact With Ownership Situation

The Covid-19 pandemy- which occurred in Wuhan, China - has become global and affected the whole world. For this reason, many sectors have been affected by Covid-19. This effect is also observed in outputs, which are indicators of organizational effectiveness. Aviation is one of the sectors that effectiveness of it has been affected by Covid-19. Many countries and institutions have imposed restrictive practices on aviation activities. In addition, aviation has received its share from the fact that Covid-19 affects all sectors in general. Therefore, aviation has been affected by Covid-19 in terms of achieving the estimated goals and values. In this study Covid-19's impact in the year 2020 is examined in the context of the airports flight statistics in Turkey. Furthermore it is thought that the airport ownership status may make a difference in being affected by this effect. Within this framework, this study examines the relationship between this effect and the ownership status of the airport (civilian or civilian military protocol). First of all, the impacts of Covid-19 in 2020 are explained. Then, a difference at the significance level of p <0.087 was determined as a result of statistical analysis. However this value is bigger than p<0.05. So - although the significance level is not much higher than the acceptance level- no statistically significant difference was determined..
