Öz

The goal of this study is to determine how the success of the logistics companies was effected with they focused on learning activities. It ıncludes three main parts. For this purpose, a conceptual model is developed and four research hypotheses are emprically examined. Data obtained from member of UND logistics companies located in İstanbul have been analyzed to the test hypotheses. In thes last part, implications of research findings have been discussed. According to the findings of this study supported the results of previous research and possitive effects of organizational learning on business performance

ÖRGÜTSEL ÖĞRENMENİN LOJİSTİK İŞLETMELERİNE ETKİLERİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada, lojistik işletmelerinin öğrenme faaliyetlerine ağırlık vermeleriyle başarılarının ne derece etkilendiğinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla kavramsal bir model oluşturulmuş ve dört araştırma hipotezi ampirik olarak incelenmiştir. İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren UND Uluslararası Nakliyeciler Derneği üyesi lojistik işletmelerinden elde edilen veriler analiz edilerek hipotezler test edilmiştir. Son bölümde ise araştırma sonuçları tartışılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları göstermiştir ki çalışma, önceki araştırma sonuçlarını destekler niteliktedir ve örgütsel öğrenme işletme performansını pozitif yönde etkilemektedir
