Superior customer value is the creation and delivery of quality and innovative services that meet customer expectations in an approach that is central to the customer. Businesses focused on delivering superior customer value achieve successful and strong competitive advantage. In this study based on this argument, "superior customer value creating" are investigated by reviewing the literature. In addition, THY and Pegasus Airlines' web pages which are differentiated according to business models in creating superior customer value for airline companies and applying general cost leadership strategies, were valuated with content analysis method in terms of marketing components. As a result of the evaluation, it was determined that the values created for these two airline companies, which apply different competition strategies, to market-based customers differ according to service groups.
