The trial was conducted to determine the effects of different mineral elements on production of Cyclamen hederifolium, to see how soon tubers can reach exportable 10 cm in diameter, to show C. hederifolium can be produced by growers, and to prevent its environmental destruction. Furthermore, it was aimed that by providing information on the mineral contents of tubers and leaves, this research will be a reference for future studies. Peat was used as the medium and nitrogen N0=0, N1=10.5 kg N da-1 , phosphorus P0=0, P1=21.5, P2=43.0, P=64.5, P=86.0 kg P2O5 da-1 and potassium K0=0, K1=25, K2=50 kg K2O da-1 were applied as the plant nutrient elements. Sowing was done on October 10, 2002, tubers were dug up on May 17, 2005. Leaf and tuber samplings were performed in February 2005. In the tubers, circumference, weight, height, and number of exportable tubers along with root weight were determined. Contents of some macro and micro-elements Al, Ca, B, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, P, S, Zn, C, N in the tubers and leaves were also investigated. In the experiment, the biggest circumference cm , the highest number of tubers and exportable ones were obtained from N0P1K0 21.5 kg P2O5 da-1 application. However, leaves and tubers provided different amounts of the mineral elements studied, and there was no aluminum in the tubers
