In this study which was made to determine the bryophyte flora of Palu district in Elazig province, with the identification of bryophytes samples collected in different vegetation periods of 2018, 48 taxa (1 liverwort, 47 mosses) belonging to 9 families and 23 genera were determined. From these taxa, seven taxa are new records for Elazığ province, according to the grid-square system of Henderson four taxa are new records for B9 grid square. With the presence of Pellia endiviifolia in the area, the liverwort record in Elazığ province has increased to 2. Life forms, ecological and floristic features belong to taxa have been submitted in the study.
