New species nematoda fauna of the Türkiye belonging to <i>Scutylenchus</i> (Dolichodoroidea:Tylenchida) genus.
Abstract
36 soil samples taken from peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) planted fields in Antalya, Mersin district in June-1998 and in the kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa cv. Hayward) orchards of the east black sea region in July-1998 were examined. In this study, the measurements, specifications, drawings, possible variations and the habitats of the ones belonging to Scutylenchus (Dolichodoroidea: Tylenchida) genus as Scutylenchus lenorus (Brown, 1956) Siddiqi, 1979; S. quadrifer (Andrassy, 1954) Siddiqi, 1979 and S.tumensis Skwiercz, 1984 were presented. S.lenorus and S.tumensis are a new record for nematoda fauna of Türkiye.
