This study has been carried out in Diyarbakır to determine the damage levels of Arboridia adanae (Dlabola) between 2006 and 2007 in some important grapevine cultivars such as Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Şirelik, Malatya karası and Çiloreş which are important for Western and Southwestern Anatolia Region. As a result of this study, it has been determined that A. adanae is the most harmful on lower leaves of all grape varieties, followed by damage on middle and upper leaves. From the point of view of grape varieties, damage of A. adanae has been determined on Öküzgözü and Boğazkere at most in 2006, followed by other cultivars. Contrary to 2006, all of the cultivars situated in the the same statistically in 2007. According to the result of this study, it is extremely important to consider the vertical distribution of A. adanae from smaller to bigger, and from lower to middle and upper, the method, of insecticide applications, host preference and egg parasitoids which can take the population under pressure. These are very important to control the pest by integrated and biological managements.
