Assessment of the seedling reactions of some barley genotypes to <em>Drechslera</em> <em>teres</em> f. <em>maculata </em>(Smed.-Pet., 1971)

Abstract

Seedling reactions of 3 barley cultivars, 2 candidate barley lines and 20 advanced barley lines to 2 Drechslera teres f. maculata (Smed.-Pet., 1971) isolates obtained from Sivas and Eskişehir provinces were determined under greenhouse conditions. Bülbül 89 cultivar exhibited moderately susceptible-susceptible reaction to Sivas isolate and moderately susceptible reaction to the Eskişehir isolate. Avcı 2002 cultivar exhibited resistant-moderately resistant reaction to both isolates. Aydanhanım cultivar exhibited moderately resistant-moderately susceptible reaction to Sivas isolate and moderately resistant reaction to Eskişehir isolate. The reactions of the barley genotypes ranged between susceptible to resistant-moderately resistant.

Bazı arpa genotiplerinin <em>Drechslera</em> <em>teres</em> f. <em>maculata</em>(Smed.-Pet., 1971)'ya karşı fide dönemi reaksiyonlarının belirlenmesi

Öz

Üç arpa çeşidinin, 2 arpa çeşit adayının ve 20 ileri kademe arpa hattının Drechslera teres f. maculata (Smed.-Pet., 1971)'nın Sivas ve Eskişehir illerinden elde edilmiş iki izolatına karşı sera koşullarında fide dönemi reaksiyonları belirlenmiştir. Bülbül 89 çeşidi Sivas izolatına orta derecede hassas-hassas reaksiyon gösterirken Eskişehir izolatına orta derecede hassas reaksiyon göstermiştir. Avcı 2002 çeşidi her iki izolata da dayanıklı-orta derecede dayanıklı reaksiyon göstermiştir. Aydanhanım çeşidi Sivas izolatına orta derecede dayanıklı-orta derecede hassas reaksiyon göstermiş, Eskişehir izolatına ise orta derecede dayanıklı reaksiyon göstermiştir. Arpa genotiplerinin tepkileri hassas ile dayanıklı-orta derecede dayanıklı arasında değişmiştir.
