<em>Capsicum annuum</em> L. (Solanaceae) ve <em>Allium sativum</em> L. (Amaryllidaceae) ekstraktlarının <em>Myzus persicae </em>(Sulzer) (Hemiptera:Aphididae) üzerine insektisit etkisi

Yeşil şeftali yaprakbiti [(Myzus persicae Sulzer) (Hem.:Aphididae)] sebze, meyve ve süs bitkilerinde ürün kaybına neden olan yaygın bir zararlıdır. Kimyasal pestisitlere alternatif oluşturmak amacıyla sarımsak [Allium sativum L.(Amaryllidaceae)] ve acı biber [Capsicum annuum L. (Solanaceae) ekstraktlarının M. persicae üzerine insektisit etkileri araştırılmıştır. Denemelerde zararlının ergin döneminde püskürtme ve yaprak disk daldırma, nimf döneminde ise sadece yaprak disk daldırma yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Besin olarak turp bitkisi [Raphanus sativus L. (Brassicaceae)] kullanılmıştır. Her iki ekstrakt için dört farklı konsantrasyon çalışılmış ve denemeler 10 tekerrürlü olarak yapılmıştır. Belirlenen sonuçlara göre, yaprak disk daldırma yöntemi, acı biber ekstraktında nimf ve ergin dönemde en yüksek ölüm oranı ekstraktın en yüksek konsantrasyonunda belirlenmiş ve bu oran her iki dönemde %88 olmuştur. Sarımsak ekstraktında ise, ölüm oranı her iki dönemde sırasıyla %84 ve %83 olarak belirlenmiştir. Püskürtme yönteminde, her iki ekstraktın en yüksek konsantrasyonunda ölüm oranının sırasıyla %82 ve %80 olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Insecticidal effects of extractsof <em>Capsicum annuum</em> L. (Solanaceae and <em>Allium sativum</em> L. (Amaryllidaceae) on <em>Myzus persicae </em>(Sulzer) [(Hemiptera:Aphididae)]

Green peach aphid [(Myzus persicae Sulzer) (Hem.:Aphididae)] is a very important pest worldwide, causing serious damage to vegetables, flowers and fruit crops and is a vector for virus. The efficacy of insecticides extracted from two different plants such as Allium sativum L. (Amaryllidaceae) and Capsicum annuum L. (Solanaceae) was tested as alternative insecticides.The effect of insecticides obtained from ethanol extraction from three plants was investigated using M. persicae. For bioassays two different methods were used with different concentrations. Experiments were conducted using 3 cm diameter leaf disk from untreated radish [Raphanus sativus L. (Brassicaceae)]. The effects of four concentrations of extract were studied. All of experiments were repeated 10 times. As a result of the investigation, in leaf dipping method; the extract of C. annum the highest concentration showed the highest mortality in nymph and adult stages. The mortality of nymphs and adults at the same concentrations were 88% and 88% respectively. The mortality of adults at the same concentration of A. sativum 12% was 84% and 83% respectively. For the spraying method, mortality of adults at the same concentration of 12% was 82% and 86% respectively.
