He was born in Mersin in 1984, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He received his B.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Mersin University in 2006, his M.Sc. degree in 2008, and his Ph.D. degree in 2013 from the same institution. Between 2006 and 2013, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Mathematics, Institute of Science, at Mersin University.

Since 2013, he has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, at Bitlis Eren University. He is married and has three children.

He was born in 1986 in Adıyaman. In 2009, he graduated from Gaziantep University - Faculty of Engineering - Department of Mechanical Engineering (Eng.). In 2014, he completed his Master's degree at Marmara University - Department of Mechanical Engineering (Eng.) with the title ‘Prediction of surface roughness value of machined Al1050 material using Artificial Neural Network technique’. Then, in 2021, he completed his PhD degree in Marmara University - Department of Mechanical Engineering (Eng.) with his thesis titled ‘Investigation of Mechanical Properties of Non-Ferrous Alloys with Twisted Variable Channel Angular Pressing (TV-CAP)’.

He worked as a guest lecturer at Gaziantep Vocational School between 2010-2011. Subsequently, in 2011, he started to work as a research assistant at Bitlis Eren University - Faculty of Engineering-Architecture - Department of Mechanical Engineering - Construction and Manufacturing Department. In the same year, he was assigned as a research assistant to Marmara University - Institute of Science and Technology - Department of Mechanical Engineering in order to complete his master's and doctorate education. He is currently working at Bitlis Eren University - Faculty of Engineering-Architecture - Department of Mechanical Engineering - Department of Construction and Manufacturing.

She received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University, Türkiye. From 2016 to 2023, she was a Research Assistant at Dokuz Eylul University. She is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Bitlis Eren University, Türkiye. Her research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), lightweight cryptography, secure and lightweight communication protocols, wireless communication systems, and sensor networks.

My works focuses on the development of innovative construction materials grounded in the principles of sustainability and the investigation of their effects on the structural performance of reinforced concrete members through experimental and numerical methods. Besides, I employ artificial intelligence-based modeling approaches to reliably predict structural behavior across scales—from material-level properties to member-level responses. A key objective of my works is to advance the use of AI not only as a predictive tool but also as an interpretable and accountable system that can be integrated into engineering decision-support processes.

Işıl Karabey Aksakallı 2013 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi Mühendislik ve Mimarlık Fakültesi
Bilgisayar Mühendisliği bölümünde lisans derecesi almıştır. Lisans eğitimini tamamladıktan
sonra 2013 yılında Atatürk Üniversitesi’nde yüksek lisans eğitimine başlayarak aynı yerde
araştırma görevlisi olarak göreve başlamıştır. 2015 yılında yüksek lisans derecesini alarak 2015-
2017 yılları arasında Hacettepe Üniversitesi’nde araştırma görevlisi olarak çalışmalarına devam
etmiştir. 2021 yılında ise Hacettepe Üniversitesi’nden doktora derecesini almıştır. Doktora
derecesini aldıktan sonra Erzurum Teknik Üniversitesi’nde doktor öğretim üyesi olarak
çalışmaya başladı ve halen görevini sürdürmektedir. Aynı zamanda Kariyer Planlama ve
Uygulama Araştırma Merkez Müdürlüğü ve Bölüm Başkan Yardımcılığı idari görevlerini yerine
getirmektedir. Araştırma konuları arasında mikroservis mimarileri, konteyner teknolojileri,
optimizasyon yöntemleri, dağıtık sistemler, yapay zeka ve bulut bilişim alanları yer almaktadır.

 2014 yılından beri Bitlis Eren Üniversitesinde çalışmaktayım. Radyasyon fiziği ve Monte Carlo Simülasyonları konularında çalışmaktayım.
