Özelleştirmenin Etkinlik ve Çalışma Değerleri Üzerindeki Etkisi: Çimento Endüstrisi Örneği
Öz
The objective of the study is to measure the efficiency of resource usage, with reference to the selected cement industry example of Turkey selected among Public Economic Enterprises, which are subject to privatization, and to reveal the interaction between efficiency scores and work values. In the study, efficiency measuring techniques and work value analysis were benefited from, by basing on primary and secondary database regarding Cement Industries. According to the findings, the basic hypothesis that: “The change in efficiency, which emerges depending on the property change of Public Economic Enterprises after privatization, is effective on work values” is confirmed.
