A Study on Determination for Corporate Social Responsibility Perceptions of Vocational School Students: Kandıra Vocational School Sample
Öz
Nowadays, companies produce for the benefit of society on one hand; on the other hand they spend the natural resources. Therefore, companies also do charity work as a price of this consumption with a sense of corporate social responsibility. With this study, it is indented to measure the level of the perception of the corporate social responsibility of vocational school students who work in the many businesses at the future. The research was done with face-to-face survey method; the survey consisted two parts including the scale of the corporate social responsibility. The data was analyzed and evaluated with a statistical software programme. The study was applied to 300 students who studied at Kocaeli University Kandıra Vocational School. Finally, the perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the students proved to be high. It was appointed that gender had no effect on CSR perception.
