Multiple Performance Analysis in Basketball Players

Öz

Purpose: The aim of this study is to present a synthesis by examining the theoretical information and new technologies in the literature regarding multiple performance analysis of basketball players.
Method: Within the scope of the study, conceptual information was obtained by examining scientific articles, theses and books containing performance analysis content in athletes in digital web databases.
Results: Heredity, physical structure, physiological, biomotor, mental, psychological characteristics, talent, age, gender, biorhythm and health are the basic parameters as internal factors in the multiple performance evaluation of basketball players.As external factors, elevation, bioclimatic comfort, nutrition and ergogenic food supplements, doping, equipment used, physical structure and usage status of the training field, hall or pool, trainer and sports science expert, training plan and periodization are the basic parameters in the multi-performance of athletes.
Conclusion: As a result, performance in basketball players affects the success of the athlete in an integrated and interactive manner. Coaches and sports scientists who will guide the high-level development of the athlete should take all factors into consideration when examining the performance dimensions and evaluate them in an integrated manner by making multidimensional analyses.

Basketbolcularda Çoklu Performans Analizi

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmada basketbolcuların çoklu performans analizine dair literatürdeki kuramsal bilgiler ve yeni teknolojiler incelenerek bir sentez sunulması amaçlanmıştır.
Yöntem: Çalışma kapsamında basketbolcularda performans analizi içeriğine sahip bilimsel makale, tez ve kitap çalışmaları dijital veri tabanlarında incelenerek kavramsal bilgiler elde edilmiştir.
Bulgular: Basketbolcularda çoklu performans değerlendirmesinde iç faktörler olarak kalıtım, fiziksel yapı, fizyolojik, biyomotor, mental, psikolojik özellikler, yetenek, yaş, cinsiyet, bioritim ve sağlık temel parametrelerdir. Dış faktörler olarak ise yükselti, biyoiklimsel konfor, beslenme ve ergojenik gıda takviyeleri, doping, kullanılan araç-gereç, antrenman sahası, salonu veya havuzunun fiziki yapısı ve kullanım durumu, antrenör ve spor bilimleri uzmanı, antrenman planı ve periyotlaması sporcuların çoklu performans analizinde temel parametrelerdir.
Sonuç: Basketbolcularda performans bütünleşik yapıda ve birbiriyle etkileşim içerisinde sporcunun başarısını etkilemektedir. Sporcunun üst düzey gelişimine yön verecek antrenör ve spor bilimcilerinin performans boyutlarını incelerken tüm faktörleri göz önünde bulundurması ve çok boyutlu analizler yapılarak bütünleşik olarak değerlendirilmesi gereklidir.
