S ome Applications on Religious and Social Life of Great Saljuqids in Khurasan and Their Effects upon the Comı,nunity
Abstract
Khurasan province, considering its geopolitical position and great
importance was held under the control of various authorities throughout
the history. No doubt the Turkish states are among they
too. The region Which met with the Turkish culture thanks to
Ghaznavids became later a Turkish country in every regard in the
period of Saljuqids. The Turcomans which were brought to Khurasan
by the famous ruler of Ghaznavid State, Mahmud, succeeded
to emerge asa political authority. A progress has been in all areas
in Khurasan During period of Saljuqids. These progresses set a
good example for other states. Particularly in cultural meaning,
Khurasan's cultural heritage offered benefits for masses in the
extension of a vaste geography. On the other hand same applications
on religious and social life of Great Saljuqids upon the managed
class (tab'a) have alsa affected people in the region and
left deep traces on geographies. Examination of these implementations
will contribute great to the understanding of the social
structure of the geography of Khurasan in the period of Saljuqids.
In this context, we want to touch upon some applications on religious
and sociallife of Great Saljuqids upon the people and their
effects.
