Abstract

Nurettin Topçu System Of Thought State And Democracy Nurettin Topçu, 'approach to the new understanding of the state and democracy, the subject of this study, the state and imposed meaning to the concept of democracy, the elements and tasks of the state, govemment and democracy, and democracy, threatening the elements of critidsm and so on. Events brought explanations are discussed. Nurettin Topçu, state centralism and democracy, and a sense of responsibility authorities basis of three bases. Topçu, the moral basis of the views of the state and puts them in democracy.

NURETIİN TOPÇU'NUN DÜŞÜNCE SİSTEMİNDE DEVLET VE DEMOKRASİ

Öz

Nurettin Topçu'nun devlet ve demokrasi konusuna yaklaşımının aniaşılmasına yönelik bu çalışmada; Onun devlet ve demokrasi kavramına yüklediği anlam, devletin unsurlan ve görevleri, devlet ve demokrasiyi tehdit eden unsurlar ve demokrasiyi eleştirisi vb. hususlara getirdiği açıklamalar ele alınmıştır. Nurettin Topçu devlet ve demokrasi anlayışını merkeziyet- çilik, otoritecilik ve sorumluluk duygusu olmak üzere üç temele dayandırmaktadır. Bu üç temelin merkezine de ahlakı yerleştirmektedir.
