Avrupa Birliği Üye Ülkelerinin Ulus Anayasalarında "Din ve Vicdan Özgürlüğü"

Abstract

For almost 150 years, Turkey has been trying to integrate with the modern world, ·ar in other words with the West. In the last couple of years considerable progress has been made towards entering the group currently called "European Union". One of the faremost issues emphasized by the said union is the "Freedom of Religion & Freedam of Conscience" Because of this, articles in the natonal constitutions of the members of the said union is investigated and an assessment is made in this report. Mareaver the significancies of the said term relative to Islam, Christianity and the West are touched upon

Avrupa Birliği Üye Ülkelerinin Ulus Anayasalarında "Din ve Vicdan Özgürlüğü"

Öz

Ülkemiz modern dünya, bir başka ifadeyle Batı ile bütünleşme yönünde yaklaşık 150 seneden beri gayret göstermektedir. Günümüzde "Avrupa Birliği" denilen güce dahil olmak için de son yıllarda oldukça mesafe almış gözükmektedir. Bu Birliğin ülkemiz için çokça vurgu yaptığı konuların başında "Din ve Vicdan Özgürlüğü" gelmektedir. O nedenle bu çalışmada adı geçen Birliğe üye ülkelerin ulus anayasalarındaki din ve vicdan hürriyetiyle ilgili maddelere bakılmış ve bir de- ğerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu arada ilgili kavramın İslam, Batı ve Hristiyanlıktaki seyrinede temas edilmiştir.
