The narrative of “viâeyn” or secret information causing the death of abu hurayra

Abstract

Although Abu Hurayrah has got the title of “the sahabî who reported most of the traditions of the Prophet (ahâdith)”, there are some narratives that he did not explain some points. In this article, such kind of narratives were examined and handled to interrogate whether there exists any hidden information or not; furthermore, the examination of sanad and text was made, and the results were evaluated in a totalitarian approach.

VİÂEYN RİVÂYETİ VEYA EBÛ HUREYRE’NİN ÖLÜMÜNE SEBEP OLABİLECEK GİZLİ BİLGİLER

Öz

Ebû Hureyre’nin en çok hadis rivâyet eden sahabî unvanına sahip olmasına rağmen, yine de onun bazı şeyleri açıklamadığını belirten rivâyetler nakledilmiştir. Bu makalede işte bu tür nakiller incelemeye tabi tutulmuştur. Söz konusu rivâyetler, gizlenen herhangi bir bilginin mevcudiyeti sorgulanarak ele alınmış, sened ve metin incelemesi yapılmış ve bütüncül bir yaklaşımla değerlendirilmiştir.
