Öz
The purpose of this paper is to investigate changing the structure in the employment and of the social-economic characteristics, the effects on the employment of the new trends. The indicators of employment changing conditions have been used the socio-economic development indicators, globalization, suitable ınvestment conditions, for determinating this new trends. As the result, it is observed that there is a relationship between with the employment changes conditions and the social-economic characteristics of new trends

Bu makalenin amacı, yeni trendlerin istihdam üzerindeki etkilerini, sosyo ekonomik özelliklerini ve istihdam yapısındaki değişiklikleri ortaya konulmasıdır. Bu yeni trendlerin belirlenmesinde uygun yatırım koşulları, istihdam göstergeleri, küreselleşme, sosyal ve ekonomik göstergeler ele alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak yeni trendlerin istihdam değişen koşulları ile sosyo ekonomik özellikler arasında bir ilişkinin bulunduğu belirlenmiştir.
