Psychotherapeutic approach of artificial intelligence to human intelligence

Abstract

This article examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the field of psychiatry and psychotherapy. AI has great potential in psychotherapy applications. AI can contribute significantly to understanding cognitive and emotional processes, developing assessment and treatment methods, enhancing accessibility to therapy, and addressing cost-related issues. However, important considerations such as ethics and security need to be taken into account. This article will discuss the integration of AI into psychotherapy, current applications, and future potential applications.
