In the late of nineteenth Century, the Kozan Sanjak had connected with Adana province and had been consisted of Sis, Belenköy, Haçin and Kars-ı Zulkadiriye province. In that era, the Muslim Turks, Non-Muslim Armenians and Rum-Orthodoxs had been lived in the Kozan Sanjak. The Muslims and Non-Muslims have been continued their cultures in their religious and social institutions as temple, school and so on. The Muslims and Christians in this province have been lived in a good dialogue in this era as in the past
