Öz
Terror is one of the serious problems which the twenty first century man has undergone. Terror, one of the factors putting obstacles in the way of man’s being human by realizing his possibilities. In this age, those claiming their being ill-treated as a result of injustices and oppressions have being taking shelter in terror. Terror has not been regarded as a just way because of the wrongs done by those demanding justice. The Muslim faces with serious problems when trying to live in a world where the possibilities of science and technology have been used both materially and spiritually. In order to creat himself by his own cultural existence, he must create new values feeding on his own cultural roots, permanently coming face to face with that of West. Against the West considering him a terrorist and a child of “ an undeveloped culture, he is obliged to creat in science, technology, art and thought the products and values arising from his own values. So, the Muslim will have sown the cultural garden of World with the roses smelling love against the attempts to stamp him as terrorist
