To use the terms ‘Islam’ and ‘terror’ together and to say that they are related to each other is contradictory logically and historically. Islam is not a religion that has endorsed terrorism both theoretically and in its historical course. Terror is an act that clashes with Islamic notion of God, law, and Islamic aesthetics. Islam is a religion that recognizes freedom of speech, opinion, and faith to all people, Muslims or non-muslims, that are not inclined to terrorism. In this respect, terrorism is a western-born movement especially in the sense of the word used today. Humanity often witnessed its particular instances in the last century. The Qur’an explains in various verses that a Muslim cannot be a terrorist, but other people may. Because Islam has a law even for warfare. In this respect, Islam does not approve of terrorism that eliminates law
