The Environmental And Physical Protection In The Prophetic Sunnah In The Context Of The War Rules

Abstract

The Environmental and Physical Protection in the Prophetic Sunnah in the Context of the War Rules According to Islam, the war is not a bloody game, in which the army can freely get whatever it wishes or whatever it grasp willingly. On the contrary, the war in Islam is a condition of disapproval but anyhow it can be irresistible one in emergent necessities. The war in Islam is to prevent people from doing cruelties and injustice against another people. Therefore, non-humanistic emotions such as individual interests, racism, material inter-ests, and sense of revenge can not be effective at war. During the war time, in Islam; animals, trees, agricultural fields that belong to the enemy or certain places belonging to the religious and civil purposes of enemy can not be damaged off. In conclusion, Prophet Mohammad, with His practices, approved it as being carried out without de-stroying the sacred, cultural beings and well-built places, and in short, without burning up the whole world.

Savaş Kuralları Açısından Hz. Peygamber’in Sünnetinde Doğal Ve Fizikî Yapının Masuniyeti

Öz

İslam nazarında savaş, ordunun dilediği şeyleri serbestçe yağmalayıp dilediği yerlere baskın düzenleyeceği kanlı bir oyun değildir. İslam’da savaş, bir milletin veya bir grup insanın diğer insanlar üzerinde gerçekleştirmeyi düşündükleri zulüm ve haksızlıklara engel olmaktır. Bu nedenle, savaşta şahsi çıkar, ırk asabiyeti, maddi menfaat, öç alma ve sömürü gibi insanlık dışı duygular etkili olmaz. Savaş esnasında, zorunluluk arz etmedikçe düşmana ait olan hayvanlara, ağaçlara, ziraat alanlarına, sivil ve dini mekânlara zarar vermek amaçlanmamıştır. Netice olarak, Hz. Peygamber uygulamalarıyla dini ve kültürel varlıklar, mamur yerler harap olmadan, kısacası dünya ateşe verilmeden de savaşın olabileceği göstermiştir.
