Öz
Bilişim sistemleri işletme performansını artırmaya yönelik olarak kurulan ancak aynı zamanda maliyetli ve zaman alıcı projelerdir. Bu projeler uygun bileşenler sağlanmadığında beklenilen yararlara ulaşamayarak başarısızlıkla sonuçlanabilmektedir. Bilişim teknolojisi uygulamalarında temel sorunlardan biri kullanıcıların sistemi kabulündeki zayıflıklarıdır. Teknoloji Kabul Modeli, bilişim teknolojilerinin kabulü ve kullanımı ile ilgili en çok benimsenen model olmakla birlikte, modele ilişkin yapılan araştırmalar modelin geliştirilme gereksinimini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu çalışmada kurumsal kaynak planlama sistemlerinin kullanımında, algılanan kullanım kolaylığı ve yararının öncülü olarak teknolojiye hazırlık araştırma modeline dahil edilmiş, kullanım memnuniyeti ise kolaylık ve yarar algıları ile niyet arasında düzenleyici olarak ele alınmıştır. Çözümleme Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi ile test edilmiştir.

Öz
Information systems are established to increase firm performance however they have very high investment costs and they are also time taking projects. Unless appropriate components are supplied they may not achieve expected results and fail. One of the fundamental problems in the information systems practices is the fragility of the users in the acceptance of the system. Although Technology Acceptance Model is highly preferred model concerning the acceptance of information technologies as well as usage, researches prove that there is still a need for the improvement of the model. In this study technology readiness is their reintroduced usage to the model as an antecedent of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, whereas satisfaction is considered as a mediator between technology readiness and intention. This model is tested with Structural Equation Modeling.
