Medial Kantal Bölgeden Eksternal Uzanım Gösteren Dev Sinonazal İnverted Papillom: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

İnverted papilloma (İP) seyrek görülen, benign
sinonazal bir tümördür. Lokal invazyon, sık rekürrens ve malignitenin eşlik
etmesi İP’nin özellikleridir. Bu olguda, altmış üç yaşında, burun tıkanıklığı
ve sol medial kantal bölgede kitle şikayetleri ile başvuran hasta sunuldu.
Endoskopik muayene ve bilgisayarlı tomografi görüntüleme ardından biyopsi
yapıldı. Histopatolojik değerlendirme ile IP tanısı konuldu.Endoskopik
genişletilmiş sol medial maksillektomi uygulandı.Ameliyat esnasında ve
ameliyattan sonra herhangi komplikasyon gözlenmedi. Bu olgu sunumuyla sinonazal
inverted papillomanın nadir de olsa nazal kaviteden dışarıya uzanım göstererek
eksternal kitle ile prezente olabileceği vurgulanmıştır.
