Antiviral İlaçlardan Valasiklosir’in Surfaktan Ortamında Camımsı Karbon Elektrot ile Voltametrik Yöntemle Miktar Tayini

Öz

Bir antiviral ilaç olan valasiklovir’in, camımsı karbon elektrot kullanarak elektrokimyasal özelliklerini anyonik yüzey aktif varlığında Britton-Robinson, fosfat tamponu ve kuvvetli asit olan 0.2 M H2SO4 çözeltilerinde araştırılmıştır. Elektrotun performansını etkileyen parametreler, destek elektrolit seçimi, pH etkisi, surfaktan etkisi ve voltametrik yöntem parametreleri detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Daha sonra geliştirilen tekniklerin elde edilen en iyi koşullarında valasiklovir için doğrusal aralık surfaktansız ortamda (10-400 µM) ve surfaktanlı ortamda (4-200 µM) ve gözlenebilme sınırı ise her iki ortamda sırasıyla 2.70 ve 1.66 µM olarak belirlenmiştir. Geliştirilen diferansiyel puls voltametri tekniği, farmasötik preparatlara uygulanmıştır.
