Most people participate in physical activity on a regular basis. However, among the many patients with cancer, few incorporate physical activity into their daily routine. It is because of parental or physician restriction, the fact remains that patients with epilepsy are less fit and do not get the exercise they need. Participating in physical activity, physical fitness as they have less of a fear. However, this overprotective attitude has been changing in light of the recent literature on this subject. This review discusses benefits of physical activity in cancer and the effects of exercise on seizure.
