Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Serap Uğur, 2002 yılında Açıköğretim Fakültesi’nde Öğretim Görevlisi olarak çalışmaya başlamıştır. Anadolu Üniversitesi "Bilgisayar ve Öğretim Teknolojileri Eğitimi" lisans ve yüksek lisans programlarını tamamlayan Uğur, doktorasını Uzaktan Eğitim alanında tamamlamıştır. e-Öğrenme, içerik türleri, dijital öyküleme, animasyon, oyun temelli öğrenme, oyunlaştırma, öğretim tasarımı, kültürlerarası farklılıklar, bireysel farklılıklar ve insan-bilgisayar etkileşimi, yapay zeka ve türevleri, transhumanizm alanlarına ilgi duyan Uğur, bu alanlarda araştırma ve geliştirme faaliyetleri yürütmekte ve projelerde görev almaktadır. Daha evvel Açıköğretim Sistemi Sosyal Medya Koordinatörlüğü ve Anadolu Üniversitesi Sosyal Medya Koordinatörlüğü ve Anadolu Üniversitesi Kurumsal İletişim Koordinatör Yardımcılığı görevlerini yapan Uğur, Sosyal Medya Birimi Yöneticiliği görevlerini de yerine getirmiştir. Uğur 2023 yılında Açıköğretim Sistemi Staj ve Uygulama Dersleri Koordinatör Yardımcısı görevini yürümüştür. Halen Eğitim Fakültesinde Öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmakta olan Uğur, 2023 yılı sonu itibariyle Sosyal Medya ve Dijital Güvenlik Eğitim, Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi Koordinatörü olarak görev yapmaktadır.

Ramesh Sharma, Ph.D., is currently teaching Instructional Design at Ambedkar University Delhi, India. Previously he has served as an Associate Professor of Educational Technology and Learning Resources in the Educational Technology Unit at Wawasan Open University, Malaysia; Visiting Professor at University of Fiji, Fiji; Commonwealth of Learning as Director of the Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia, New Delhi; Indira Gandhi National Open University, India; and University of Guyana, Guyana, South America. He is the co-Editor of the 'Asian Journal of Distance Education'. In addition, he has been associated with peer reviewed journals as Reviewer, Editor and Editorial Advisory Board member in the field of Open and Distance Learning such as "Distance Education", " International Review of Research in Open and Distributed Learning (IRRODL)", "International Journal of Distance Education Technologies (IJDET)”, and “Indian Journal of Open Learning (IJOL)”. He is also on the Editorial Advisory Board and an author for the "Encyclopedia of Distance Learning (4 volumes), 2005" (https://www.igi-global.com/book/encyclopedia-distance-learning/351).
