The Second Constitution in Its Centenary

Öz

This article aims to discuss various academic activities organized
on the occasion of the centennial of the proclamation
of the Ottoman constitution in 1908. It first briefly discuss
the main aspects of these activities; it then presents a
list of the symposia organized in Turkey and abroad, and
the papers presented in these conferences, as well as the articles
published in the periodicals with special issues devoted
to the Second Constitutional Period.
