Öz

Bu caltsmada seramik filtre altligi uretiminde kuvars, alumina,

Jeldspat ve 0.09 M HN03 ile kartsttrma lie 'i islemine tabi tutulmus

kaolen kullarulmtsttr. Kaolen'in HN03 ile lie edilmesiyle katt jazda

MgSiD3, NazSiOJ ve KzSiOJ gibi baglaytci metal silikatlar olusmaktadtr.

Kaolen'in kartsttrma lic'i 1000 devldk ile 2.5 saat siirede yaptlmtsttr,

daha sonra stvt fazt 100 "C'de kurutularak ayrtlmts ve kattfaz

filtre altltgt uretiminde kullantlmtsttr. Altltklartn sekillendirilmesi

filtrasyon yontemiyle yaptlmts, daha sonra 105 "C'de kurutulan malzemeler

1100 "C'de 24 saat sure ile pisirilmistir. Deney sonuclari, lie

kaolen katktli uretilen filtre altltklarmtn kuru mukavemetlerinin daha

yuksek oldugunu gostermistir. Aynca, iiretilen altliklarin pismis mukavemetleri

ve su gecirgenligi de dahajazla olmustur.
