The Pathological Findings In Mice Fed With Bulgur Moulded With Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 2999

In this study; It was attracted to attendion the importance of cronic aflatoxicosis caused by contaminated with fungi like aspergillus species of food and it was aimed that is produced to be seen pathological findings to chronic aflatoksikosis in mice. In this study, 80 white mice who were divided 5 group, each consist of 16 mice and one of control group were experimented. Experimental groups were fed with fodder in which 200 ppb, 400 ppb, 800 ppb and 1600 ppb total aflatoxin respectively. All of groups were weighted at 0,10,30,60,90 and 180 th days. The mice were necropsied and tissue samples were collected at 90 and 180 th days. It was determined to cloudy swelling at centrilobuler area in the firs time of study and moderately hydropic degeneration to later in the period, after the 90 th day there was vacuoler degeneration and necrosis in the liver to groups of mice that were given aflatoxin. In the livers of mice at 180 th day there was increase of degeneration and this challenges is progressed not only centrilobuler region but also intermedier region and this challenges is diffuse settlement in the groups of 800 and 1600 ppb aflatoxin.There was filled with a eozinoflic homogeneous material in the lumen of kidney tubules. There was seen increasing the violence to hydropic degeneration on the epithelium lining the tubulus depending the duration and the amount of aflatoxin also the, nucleus of tubular epithelial cells were painted intensive and different size. As a result; the food of contaminated with aflatoxin is known to be very important for human and animal health; therefore suspecious feed must not to be used in human and animal nutrition

Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 2999 Suşu ile Küflendirilmiş Bulgurlarla Beslenen Beyaz Farelerdeki Patolojik Bulgular

Öz

Bu çalışmada gıdaların aspergillus türü mantarlarla kirlenmesi ile oluşan kronik aflatoksikozisin önemine dikkat çekilmesi ve farelerde kronik aflatoksikoziste görülen patolojik bulguların ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada her biri 16 fareden oluşan biri kontrol 4’ü çalışma grubu olacak şekilde gruplandırılmış 80 adet beyaz fare kullanıldı. Çalışma grupları çalışma süresice 200 ppb, 400 ppb, 800 ppb ve 1600 ppb total aflatoksin içeren yemle beslendi. Bütün farelerin 0, 10, 30, 60, 90 ve 180. günlerdeki canlı ağırlıkları tartıldı. Çalışmanın 90. ve 180. günlerinde farelerin nekropsileri yapılarak patolojik muayeneler için doku örnekleri alındı. Aflatoksin verilen grupların karaciğerlerinde çalışmanın ilk dönemlerinde sentrilobüler bölgede bulanık şişkinlik, ilerleyen dönemlerde hidropik dejenerasyona dönüş ve 90. günden sonra vakuoler dejenerasyon ve nekrozlar belirlendi. 180. günde nekropsi yapılan farelerin karaciğerlerinde dejenerasyonun arttığı ve bu değişikliklerin sentrilobuler bölgenin yanı sıra intermedier bölgeye doğru ilerlediği 800 ve 1600 ppb aflatoksin alan gruplarda ise diffuz bir yerleşim gösterdiği dikkati çekti. Farelerin böbrek tubuluslarının lümenlerinin eozinofilik homojen bir materyal ile dolu olduğu, tubulusları döşeyen epitelin alınan aflatoksin miktarı ve süresine bağlı olarak şiddetti artan hidropik dejenerasyona uğradığı, tubul epitel hücrelerinin çekirdeklerinin yoğun boyandığı ve farklı büyüklükte oldukları belirlendi. Sonuç olarak aflatoksinle kontamine gıdaların insan ve hayvan sağlığı açısından oldukça tehlikeli olduğu belirlendi. Bu yönde şüpheli bütün gıdaların insan ve hayvan gıdası olarak kullanılmaması gerektiği ortaya konuldu.
