Türkiye ve İsrail’in İhracat Performansı Üzerine Bir Karşılaştırma

Öz

Çalışmada Türkiye ve İsrail’in ihracat performanslarını incelemek amacıyla ihracat performansında etkili faktörler değerlendirilmiş ve her iki ülkenin ihracatı Comtrade ve WDI’den alınan verilerle karşılaştırılmıştır. Ayrıca ihracat performansına kalitatif bir yaklaşımla ülkelerin ihracatı teknolojik yoğunluklarına göre tasnif edilerek mukayese edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Türkiye ve İsrail’in toplam ihracatı ve Dünya ticaretinde payının 2000’lere kadar benzerlik göstererek sonrasında farklılaştığı, GSYİH’da ihracatın payı ve kişi başı ihracat bakımından dönem boyunca daha iyi bir performans gösterdiği bulgular arasındadır. Teknolojik yoğunluk bakımından ise Türkiye birincil ürünlerden orta ve düşük teknolojiye, İsrail ise kaynak temelli aynı kalmak kaydıyla, düşükten yüksek teknoloji yoğunluklu ihracat yapısına doğru değişim göstermiştir
