Examination Job Satisfactıon of Working Women

In the historical process , we can see women in working life just like we can see men.Working women face with many problems like they faced in the past despite of
their rising position today. The purpose of this study is to search the job satisfaction of married working women. In this research , a comparison was conducted
between working married women and their job satisfactions. The working group was consisted of 230 working married women who works in forest
managements in Istanbul and Ankara cities. Datas were obtained by marital adjustment scale.In the scope of the research , it is seen that the job satisfaction of married
women is high even though, it is not that much high. It was determined that there is no significant differences between job satisfactions due to the health problems of married working women. Also it was determined that there is no significant differences due to the salaries. Finally, also no significant differences were found out
between job satisfactions of working married mothers due to the number of children. In the working life , about the rising career opportunities ; it was seen that the
married woman participants who were psychologically diagnosed have lower job satisfaction levels but , about the job satisfaction with their colleaugues ; they have
higher job satisfaction levels. In the scope of this research, the highest job satisfaction is seen by the job satisfaction which is related to the colleaugues and the
structure of the job / work. When the awarding job satisfaction levels of 23-27 years old married woman participants were compared with 33-47 years old
married woman participants ; it was determined that 23-27 years old married woman participants have higher job satisfaction levels. 53-57 years old married working
woman participants have highest awarding job satisfaction levels. The married woman participan who have ms and /or phD degrees have higher job satisfaction levels with their colleaugues when compared with the other married woman participants with lower education levels. In this research it was determined that woman participants who are married for 19-21 years and 22-24 years have higher communication job satisfaction levels than 13-15 yearsmarried woman participants.
