Şizofrenili Olgularda Düşük Dereceli İnflamasyon, Lipid Düzeyleri ve Özkıyım Arasındaki İlişki

Öz

Sonuç:
bu çalışma şizofrenili olgularda CRP ile şu anki özkıyımla ilişkisini bildiren
ve CRP nin özkıyım girişimi için bir biyolojik belirteç olabileceğini öne süren
ilk çalışmadır. CRP ve diğer inflamasyon belirteçlerinin şizofrenide özkıyım
davranışındaki kesin rolleri belirlemek için daha geniş örneklemli
ileriye dönük desende çalışmalara ihtiyaç
bulunmaktadır.



Bulgular:  Özkıyım
girişimi olan şizofrenili olgularda olmayanlara kıyasla CRP ve NLR değerlerinin
karıştırıcı faktörler kontrol edildikten sonra dahi anlamlı olarak yüksek
olduğu bulundu. Regresyon analizi iki değişkenin şu anki özkıyım girişimini
öngördürdüğünü gösterdi: A)Geçmiş özkıyım öyküsü B)CRP



Yöntem:
Çalışma grubu 128 hastadan oluştu. Bunlardan 24 ü özkıyım girişimi olan 104 ise
özkıyım girişimi olmayan hastalardan oluşuyordu. NLR, CRP, PLR ve lipid
değerleri geriye dönük olarak hastaların dijital dosya kayıtlarından elde
edildi.



Amaç: Özkıyım
davranışının patofizyolojisinde inflamasyon ve lipid metabolizmasının rolüne
ilgi son yıllarda artmaktadır. Nötrofil lenfosit oranı (NLR) ve Creaktif
protein (CRP) düşük dereceli inflamasyonun güvenilir ve yeni belirteçleri
olarak sunulmaktadır. CRP ve NLR nin şizofrenili olgularda değiştiği ve
depresif bozukluklu olgularda ise özkıyım ile ilişkili olduğu bildirilmektedir.
Bu çalışmada şizofrenili olgularda CRP, NLR ve lipid değerlerinin özkıyım
davranışı ile ilişkisini araştırmayı amaçladık.
