Eurasian Journal of Civil Engineering and Architecture (EJCAR) is published electronically twice a year (in the months of June and December) in English language. No printed edition will be published. Your article will therefore appear online-only.

Articles should be provided in electronic form (as Microsoft Word file) and comply with the instructions above. Authors must submit their manuscript by using our online submission system. After your submission, please do not forget to send the Copyright Release Form by e-mail. 

Please, upload your arctile as only one WORD file containing tables, figures, photograps; NOT PDF and other type files and NOT seperate files. 

Article Submissions "that are not loaded as a single word" file will be REJECTED. 

Papers are accepted for publication on the understanding that they have not been published and are not going to be considered for publication elsewhere. Authors should certify that neither the manuscript nor its main contents have already been published or submitted for publication in another journal. The copyright release form must be signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors and must accompany all papers submitted. Please see the form for additional copyright details. After a manuscript has been submitted, it is not possible for authors to be added or removed or for the order of authors to be changed. If authors do so, their submission will be cancelled.

Peer Review Statement

Eurasian Journal of Civil Engineering and Architecture is an international, ranked, peer-reviewed journal which publishes original research contributions to scientific knowledge.

All manuscript submissions are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees.  We aim for a turnaround time of 8 weeks from submission to first decision.
