“Sorry We Missed You” Odağından Neo-feodal Emek Rejimi ve Algoritmik Kurumsallaşma Entegrasyonu

Öz

Küreselleşmenin yoğun biçimde nüfuz ettiği sosyo-ekonomik yapı içerisinde işgücü piyasaları ve buna yönelik teorik yansımalar hızla gelişim sağlamaktadır. Bu araştırma, dijital platform ekonomilerine bağlı olarak işçi-işveren ilişkilerini, neo-feodal emek rejimleri ve algoritmik kurumsallaşma arasında kavramsal yapıyı sorgulamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışma, Ken Loach’un “Sorry, We Missed You” (2019) filmi çerçevesinden neo-feodal emek rejimini keşfetmeye odaklanmaktadır. Filmin konusu dahilinde günümüz çevrimiçi işgücü piyasasının yansıması olarak; borca yönelik bağlılık, güvencesizlik, puanlama sistemi, şikayet temelli denetim, tek taraflı söyleşme ve anlık biçimde erişilebilirlik talepleri belirginleşmektedir. Böylelikle algoritmik yönetim anlayışı, itibar ekonomileri ve bağımlı girişimcilik kavramları kesişim noktasını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonucunda ortaya çıkan temalara dayanarak dijital vasallık ve algoritmik kurum kavramlarının bütünleştiği bir çerçeve ortaya konulmaktadır. Araştırma, çevrimiçi çalışma biçimlerinin yalnızca üretim anlayışı ile değil, aynı zamanda dijital platform üzerinden egemenliğin tekinsiz yeniden kuruluşu olduğunu; ancak bu kuruluşun “feodal” benzetmeyi aşan yeni kurumsal biçimlerle (şeffaflık, veri erişimi, algoritmik hesap verebilirlik tartışmaları) iç içe geçtiğini savunmaktadır. Böylelikle dijital platform emek rejimlerinde egemenlik anlayışı, neo-küresel esneklik çerçevesince güncel teorik yapıya entegre edilmektedir.
