Öz

Sunulan çalışma, donör ineklerde mevsimin embriyo kalitesi üzerine etkisini saptamak amacıyla yapıldı. Denemede, yaz (n=34), sonbahar (n=21), ilkbahar (n=67), kış (n=45) mevsimlerinde yapılan embriyo transfer çalışmaları kullanıldı. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, mevsimin transfer edilebilir ve edilemeyen embriyo oranı üzerine etkisinin istatistiksel olarak önemli olduğu tespit edildi. Ayrıca, mevsimin transfer edilebilen ve edilemeyen embriyo sayı ortalaması ile toplam embriyo sayı ortalaması üzerine etkisinin istatistiksel olarak önemsiz olduğu da tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak, ineklerde mevsimin transfer edilebilir ve edilemeyen embriyo oranı üzerine önemli bir etkisinin olduğu kanısına varıldı
