Atrazin ve Metribüzin Herbisitlerin Balıkesir Tarım Topraklarındaki Tutunum ve Taşınımının İncelenmesi

Öz

Atrazin ve metribüzün herbisitleri Balıkesir Yöresinde en çok kullanılan türlerden olup ürün verimliliğini artırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Yapılan çalışmanın amacı, Balıkesir bölgesinde belirlenmiş olan tarım toprağında atrazin ve metribüzin taşınıma ve tutunuma davranışının kolon deneyleri ile incelenmesidir. Kolon deney sonuçlarına göre, atrazin ve metribüzin taşınımı reaktif olmayan trasöre belirli oranda gecikmeye (Metribüzin için` R=1.3-1.6: Atrazin için R=2.3-2.6) uğramıştır. Toprak bünyesindeki orta derecedeki organik madde bileşeninin (% 0.72) bu gecikmeden sorumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Metribüzinin tutunma derecesi atrazine doğru düşük olup yer altı su kaynaklarını kirletme potansiyeli daha fazladır. Atrazin ve metribüzinin fiziksel ortam içerisindeki davranışının belirlenmesi bu tür kirleticilerle kirlenmiş toprakların risk değerlendirmesi için önemli olup, bu toprakların düzenlenmesinde, yönetilmesinde ve uygun ıslah teknoloji seçiminde ve uygulamasında oldukça önem arz etmektedir.

Investigation of Sorption and Transport of Atrazine and Metribuzine Herbicides in Balıkesir Agricultural Soil

Öz

Atrazine and metribuzine are used extensively as an herbicide in the vicinity of Balıkesir, Turkey to increase the yield production. The objective of this study was to investigate the mobility of such herbicides for Balıkesir agricultural soil by a series of column experiments. Column experiments showed that transport of atrazine and metribuzine retarded compared to non-reactive tracer (R=1.3-1.6 for metribuzine; R=2.3-2.6 for atrazine). The intermediate organic carbon fraction played responsibility for the sorption of herbicides in the soil. Degree of metribuzine sorption compared to atrazine was lower indicated the higher risk for the contamination of groundwater resources. The determination of atrazine and metribuzine mobility would be very important for the assessment of contamination risk as well as regulation, management and choice and selection of best remediation effort.
