Engellilere Yönelik Sosyal Hizmet Uygulamaları: Bibliyometrik Haritalama

Öz

Engelli bireylerin toplum içerisinde günlük yaşamını sürdürmede, eğitim ve sağlık ihtiyaçlarını karşılamada ya da diğer hizmetlere erişimde diğer bireylerle aynı imkânlara sahip olmadıkları bilinmektedir. Bu durum çevre şartlarının engelli bireylere uygun olarak düzenlenmemesinden, diğer bireylerin engelli bireylerle empati yapmamasından, hukuksal düzenlemelerin yetersizliğinden ya da sosyo-ekonomik şartlardan kaynaklanabilmektedir. Toplum içerisinde engelli bireylerin kabul görme durumu da değişiklik göstermekte olup bazen önyargısız karşılanmakta bazen de engelleri nedeniyle önyargı ile karşılandıkları için şiddette, tacize, dışlanma ve onur kırıcı söz, tavır ve davranışlara maruz kalmaktadırlar. Göz önünde bulundurulması gereken durum aslında herkesin bir gün engelli ya da engelli yakını olma ihtimalinin olması durumudur. Bu konuyla ilgili olarak Dünya Sağlık Örgütü’nün 2021 raporuna göre ülkelerde çeşitli hastalıklar ya da çevresel faktörler nedeniyle engellilik oranları artış gösterdiği vurgulanmaktadır. Literatür incelendiğinde engelliliğin oluş sıklığı, engellilik dağılımı ya da engellilik eğilimleri konusunda yapılan çalışmaların olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı engelli bireylere sunulan sosyal hizmet uygulamaları üzerine 1970-2021 yılları arasında gerçekleştirilen araştırmaları incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Web of Science veri tabanından elde edilen veriler, bibliyometrik analiz ile incelenerek VOSviewer haritalama yöntemi ile görselleştirilmiştir. 1970-2021 yılları arasında gerçekleştirilen makalelerin sayısı, atıf sayısı, en çok yayın yapan üniversiteler ve yazar ağ analizi şeklindeki bibliyometrik göstergeler kullanılarak incelenmiştir.

Social Service Applications For The Disabled: Bibliometric Mapping

Öz

It is known that disabled individuals do not have the same opportunities as other individuals in maintaining their daily life in the society, meeting their education and health needs, or accessing other services. This situation may be due to the fact that environmental conditions are not arranged in accordance with disabled individuals, other individuals do not empathize with disabled individuals, inadequacy of legal regulations or socio-economic conditions. The acceptance status of disabled people in the society also varies, sometimes they are met without prejudice, and sometimes they are exposed to violence, harassment, exclusion and insulting words, attitudes and behaviors because of their disabilities. When the literature is examined, it is seen that there are studies on the incidence of disability, disability distribution or disability trends. The aim of this study is to examine the researches carried out between 1970-2021 on social work practices offered to people with disabilities. For this purpose, the data obtained from the Web of Science database were analyzed with bibliometric analysis and visualized with the VOSviewer mapping method. The number of articles published between 1970-2021, the number of citations, the universities that publish the most, and the author network analysis were examined using bibliometric indicators.
