ŞİNŞİLLA'DA (Chinchilla lanigera) AORTA ABDOMİNALİS'İN SON DALLARININ ŞİNŞİLLA'DA (Chinchilla lanigera) AORTA ABDOMİNALİS'İN SON DALLARININ MORFOLOJİK YAPISI

Öz

Çalışmada şinşilla aorta abdominalis'inin son dallarını makroanatomik yapısı incelendi. Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi
Deney Hayvanları Ünitesi'nden temin edilen 5 adet sağlıklı ergin erkek şinşilla kullanıldı Arteria carotis communis'ten
kırmızı mürekkep ile renklendirilmiş latex enjekte edilip, lup altında diseksiyonu yapılarak, arteria iliaca communis,
arteria iliaca externa, arteria iliaca interna ve arteria sacralis mediana incelendi. Aorta abdominalis'in son
dalları, arteria iliaca communis dexter ve sinister olarak ikiye yrıl dığı ve bunlardan arteria iliaca oxterna ve rn a' ın
orjin aldığı belirlendi. Arteria umbilicalis'in arteria i1iaca externa'dan orijin aldığı ve bu damarın ligament şekline dö-
nüştüğü saptandı. Arteria abdominalis caudalis'in 2 kadavrada arteria iliaca externa'dan çıktığı gözlenirken 3 kadavrada
bu damarın bulunmadığı tespit edildi. Arteria sacralis mediana'nın 2 kadavrada aorta abdominalis'in dorsal'inden
çıkıp onun devamı durumunda olduğu, 3 kadavrada ise arteria iliaca communis sinister'den çıktığı saptandı.

Morphology of end-branches of aorta abdominalis in chinchilla (Chinchilla lanigera)

Öz

Macro-anatomic structure of end-branches of aorta abdorninalis in chinchilla was examined in this study.
Five healthy, adult chinchilla obtained from the Experimental Animal Unit of Afyon Kocatepe University. After injecling
latex, that coloured with red ink, into the arteria carotis communis, dissection was carried out under a loop. Arteria iliaca
communis, arteria iliaca externa and arteria iliaca interna, and arteria sacralis mediana were examined. The endbranch
of arteria abdominalis was divided into two divisions as arteria iliaca communis dexter and sinister. These
branches were further divided into two branches as arteria iliaca externa and interna. Arteria umbilicalis became a Iigament that was originated from arteria i1iaca externa. Arteria abdominalis caudalis rooted from arteria iliaca externa
in 2 cadavers but it was not the case in 3 cadavers. Arteria sacralis mediana originated from aorta abdominalis in 2
cadavers whereas it originated from arteria iliaca communis sinister in 3 cadavers,
