SÜLÜNLERİN (P. colchicus) ENTANSİF ORTAM VE KARASAL İKLİMDE YETİŞTİRİLME İMKANLARININ ARAŞTIRILMASI: I. YUMURTA VERİMİ ve KULUÇKA ÖZELLİKLERİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada sülünlerin karasal bir iklimin hüküm sürdü )ü Konya'da kümes şartlarında yetiştirilebilme im­kanlarının araştırılması amaçlandI. Sülünler lx2xl m ebatındaki kalesierde 1 erkek : 5 dişi olacak şekilde çift­leşlirildiler. Sülünlerin ilk yumurta, ışıklandırma periyodunun başlatılmasından 31 gün sonra alındı. Sülünlerden elde edilen ortalama yummrta verimi, % yumurta verimi, yumuna a )ırh )ı, döflülük oranı, kuluçka randımanı ve çıkım gücü değerleri sırasıyla: 68.30 adet. % 39.37, 33.36 g, % 81.63, % 62.03 ve % 75.99 olarak gerçekleşti. Sülünlerde yu­murtlama periyodu 173 gün süre ile devam etti. Sülünlerden ilk yumurta 41 haftalık yaşta alındı. Bu yaştaki ortalama canlı ağırlık de )erleri erkek ve dişi sülünlerde sırasıyla; 1430.83 g ve 1214.62 9 olarak gerçekleşti Bu araştırmanın so­nucunda. sülünlerin, Orta Anadolu kümes şartlarında oldukça başarılı olarak yetiştirilebilecekleri: üzerlerinde daha fazla ve farklı yönde araştırmalar yapılmasının, bu yaban hayvan türünün yetiştiricili )inin Türkiye'de bölge farkı gö­zetmeksizin, yaygın bir şekilde sektörel düzeyde yapılabileceği kanaatine varıldı

Öz

This study has been carried out lor breeding possibilities ol pl:ıeasants Pheasanls were mated one male with live lemale in cages. Following the onset ol lighting programme. the lirst eoo was laid in 31 days. Average values off egg production, percent egg production, egg weight, fertility, hatchability, hatc­hability of fertil eggs were determined as: 68.30. 39.37 "i". 33.36 g, 81.63 "I", 62.03 % and 75.99 % respectivety. Egg production period of pheasants were determined as 173 days. Date of lirst oviposition were realized 41 weeks age. Average body weight of male and female adult pheasants (41 weeks age) were found as: 1430.83 9 and 1214.62 9 respectively. As a result of this study its considered that the pheasants will be able to breed in farm conditions in Midd­Le Anatolia ıf optimal environmental conditions are provided. Further researches on improvement ol production eha­raeleTlshes of pheasanıs should be carrled out for the development of production industry of this speeies in Türkiye
