ELAZIĞ BÖLGESİNDE KESİLEN HAYVANLARIN DOKULARINDAKİ KADMİYUM VE KURŞUN DÜZEYLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışma Elazığ bölgesinde kesilen hayvanların dokularındaki kadmiyum ve kurşun düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Elazığ bölgesinde kesilen 78 hayvandan toplanan toplam 234 et ve organ örneğinde Atomik Ab­sorpsiyon Spektrototometrik yöntem kullanılarak kadmiyum ve kurşun düzeyleri belirlendi. Sığırların kas, karaciğer ve böbreklerinde sırasıyla kadmiyum düzeylerinin 0.00-0.38, 0.02- 0.64, 0.14-2.92 ı.ıgfg, kurşun düzeylerinin ise 0.001.60, 0.00-1.30 ve 0.00-1.40 ııg g olduğu belirlendi. Koyunların kas, karaciğer ve böbreklerinde kadmiyum dü­zeylerinin sırasıyla 0.00-0. 50, 0.00-0.36, 0.00-1.7 4 ııglg, kurşun düzeylerinin ise 0.00-1.60, 0.00-1.30 ve 0.00-1.30 ı.ıg/ g arasında değiştiği tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak örneklerde belirlenen kadmi;um ve kurşun düzeylerinin bu ürünleri tü­ketenlerde sağlık açısından bir sakınca oluşturmayacak düzeyde olduğu anlaşıldı.

The Study on the Determination of Levels Cadmium and Lead in Tissue of Animals Slaughtered in Elazığ Region

Öz

The aim of this study was to determine levels of cadmium and lead in meat, liver and kidney of animals slaughtered in Elazığ region. Cadmium and lead levels were determined in 234 meat and tissue samples obtained from 78 slaughtered animals. A graphite furnace AAS method was used for dalarmination of cadmium and lead in tis­sue samples. lt was determined that cadmium levels in meat, liver and kidney of cattle rangad from O. 00 to O. 38, O. 02-0.64, 0.14-2. 92 ı.ıglg, those of lead 0.00-1.60, 0.00-1.30, 0.00-1. 40 ı.ıglg, respectively. lt was determined that cad­mium levels in meat, liver and kidney of sheeps rangad from 0.00 to 0.50, 0.00-0.36, 0.00-1.74 ııglg, those of lead 0.00-1.60, 0.00-1.30 and 0.00-1.30 ı.ıg g, respectively. lt was concluded that the levels of cadmium and lead in the samples would not be able to give risc any side effects in human
