KUZU VE OĞLAKLARIN ENZOOTİK PNÖYMONİLERİ İLE İLGİLİ GÖZLEMLER

Öz

Elazığ civarında pnöymonili 17 kuzu ve 3 oğlak incelendi. Makroskopik olarak, pnöymoni odakları olayın yeniliğine göre kabarık veya içe çökük idi. Histolojik olarak, alveollerde ödem, hiyalin membranlar, epitelizasyon ve interalveolar dokuda lenfosit, histiosit proliferasyonu tesbit edildi. Diğer taraftan bazı alveol ve bronşiollerin içinde makrofajlar bulundu. Bakteriyolajik olarak Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp. ve Pseudomonas aeruginosa tesbit edildi.

Öz

In vicinity of Elazığ, 17 lambs and 3 kids with pneumonia were examined. Macroscopically, the foci of pneumonia in lugs were voluminous or collapsed according to the nature and duration of the disease. Histological changes were oedema, hyalin membranes, epithelisation in alveoli and lympho- histiocytic proliferation in the interalveolar tissues. On the other hand, macrophages established in some alveoli and bronchioli. Bacteriologically, Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were observed.
