Öz
Bu çalışma Coenurosis eerebralis ve Oestrus ovis Ile enfekte koyunlarda bazı hematolojik parametrelerdeki değişimleri ortaya koymak amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırmada Konet Mezbahası'ndan temin edilen Oestrus ovis ve Coenerus cerebralis yönünden enfekte 10'ar koyun ve kontrol olarak sağlıklı 10 koyun kullanıldı. Çalışmada alınan kan örneklerinde eritrosit ve lökosit sayıları, hemoglobin miktarı, hematokrit değer sedimentasyon hızı, alyuvar indekslerinden OAH (MCV), OAHb (MCH), OAHbD (MCHC) ve akyuvar tiplerinin yüzde oranları belirlendi. Öz
This study was eondueted to determine somo haematologieal pararneters of sheep infested with C. eerebralis
and O. ovis. In the study , 10 sheep as control, 10 sheep infested with C.eerebralis and 10 sheep infested with
O.ovis were used. In blood samples taken from all groups, erythroeyte and leukoeyte eounts , haemoglobine levels,
haematoerit value, sedimentation rate, erythrocyte indexes and differenlial leueoeyte eounts were determined. Leueoeyte
eount, monoeytes percent and sedimentation rate were significiantly higher in eoenurosis group than control
group's levels. There is no differenee between groups in erythroeyte, haemoglobine, haematoerit, MCV, MCH and
MCHC levels. The sedimentation rate and monoeyte percent were signifieiantly higher in O. ovis infested group than
control. The other parameters were similar in two groups and in normal range for healthy sheep.
